WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS 


After one of my CrookBack Clinics you
signed up to be a champion of the CrookBack Clinic in your workplace. I've now got my act into gear and am getting back to you to

let you know what is means.

 

Well, in a nutshell it means doing something to maintain the impetus generated during the Crookback Clinic to improve musculo-skeletal health .

 

My recommendation is a 10 minute varied exercise session each working day, either before work starts or during a mid-morning break.

 

I've shown you some of the key exercises people need to do to keep themselves in good shape, and/or restore poor function to good.

 

LOOSEN UP

The areas to focus on loosening are hamstring and buttock muscles.

 

The three key exercises to strengthen the body are

 

Situps Pressups Squats

 

STRENGTHEN UP

How good would it be if everyone in your group could do 20 situps, pressups and squats.

 

You'd give them a bronze star for that.

 

   
The next target is 30 of each, which gets the silver star.

   
The final target is 40 of each which gets the gold star plus a pat on the head and a bag of lollies.
