I'm yet to meet anyone who kept themselves fit and healthy ambling around for 10 minutes three times a day. If you want to improve your fitness and wring the maximum benefit out of your exercise program, train in the HOURGLASS AEROBIC FITNESS ZONE. If you can exercise with vigour for 40 minutes on most days of the week you'll be as fit as a trout and toey as a Roman sandal.

 

GREEN ZONE
The Hourglass aerobic fitness zone. High density exercise

 

AMBER ZONE
Over-rated. Not highly effective. Benefits dubious, plus it takes too much time to reap them.

RED ZONE
The danger zone. Exercise in this zone doesn't strengthen major body systems.
