Good, better and best; and never let it rest, until your good is better and your better is best.

Click here and take a look at my program selection.

There are a three options that I recommend.

1.

GOOD

A good way for me to introduce the fit and healthy way of life to your staff is by presenting a range of 2 hour seminars during a day.

You pick the topics from my program selection, things like

   Models of good health

   The Crookback Clinic

   Work/Life Balance, including career satisfaction

Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy.

I leave it to organisations to decide what they want. People can choose which seminars they wish to go to. Some might attend the lot.

2.

BETTER

The next best way is to really fire people up is to have them attend a one day Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People program. They get everything in the 'good' program all rolled up into one inspiring and motivating seminar.

A half day program goes part way to doing the job.

3.

BEST

A regular and systematic health management program always stands head and shoulders above all other programs for having a lasting impact on employee health and wellbeing.

For organisations that want to make a long term impact (and who have the training budget) I recommend a program that runs over 12 - 18 months.

Over that period you run out the following two hour programs

    Models of Good Health

    The Crookback Clinic.

Work/life balance - including career satisfaction

    Diet and fitness

Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy.

You can also add in personal health assessments.

AUDIT REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

I think the unique feature of my work is the ability to feed back an audit report on a number of parameters relating to fitness, musculo-skeletal risk, cardiac, stroke and diabetes risk, stress and career satisfaction.

Managers can then get a feel for how things are ticking over, health wise and management wise, and, if need be put in train management strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of staff.

During each seminar people complete a range of profiles. I collate the results and feed them back to you.

I also include recommendations about what the organisation can do to lower the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism and worker's compensation. (In effect, it's the lowering of the risk that pays for the program - fewer days off, fewer worker's compensation claims, more energy and vitality ...)  For instance, a frequent recommendation is that people who are at great risk of musculo-skeletal dysfunction are obligated to attend a strength and flexibility program, in work's time, several times a week. I also encourage people who are stressed to use the EAP.

I can assure you there is a vast hidden navy of people in all the organisations I work with who put up with musculo-skeletal dysfunction and stress and never bother to tell anyone or do anything about it.

Regards

It's a big ask expecting to stay healthy without keeping yourself fit.

It's a big ask expecting to get better by having someone do something to you; sooner or later you have to do something to yourself.
